Layaway agreement

Today you pay a deposit of at least 30% of the layaway total to start your layaway.
Iron and Lace holds the item for you until it is paid in full.
Pay any amount at any time. There is no fixed schedule and no credit check. You can pay online from the link in your layaway emails, in the store, or call us at 256-962-0301 to make a payment.
The whole balance must be paid by the pay off date on your layaway. We email you a reminder before that date.
If you cancel, or the balance is not paid by the pay off date, your layaway is cancelled and the item goes back on sale. We keep your deposit as a cancellation fee.
The layaway total includes sales tax, and shipping when your item ships to you.
Firearms still need the normal background check when you pick up, or a transfer to your licensed dealer (FFL) if we ship it.
